Meet Debbie our January 2021 member of the month in this short interview where I find out more about her experience working with team at Equilibrium Studios!
Debbie is an Equilibrium Studios Founder Member and has been a part of Equilibrium since the very beginning. Her dedication to her training and nutrition coaching has inspired many of our members and she has been unstoppable in the gym setting personal best after personal best (including chin ups and deadlifting over 70 kilos at 61 years old!).
