Ryan's journey into health and fitness started at just 19 after going through a huge personal transformation from a scrawny 58 kilos to a brawny 89 in just 18 months. His drive to discover the best techniques in training and nutrition soon turned into a passion for helping others and motivating them become the very best version of themselves. Since then Ryan has completed over 15,000 personal training sessions, worked with hundreds of clients, achieved a level 4 in Strength & Conditioning and is an associate member of the UKSCA.
As the founder of Equilibrium Studios Ryan holds a profound belief that functional exercise and habit-based nutrition practice is they key to a life without limits. It his personal mission to change the way we approach diet and exercise one body at a time.
Dan has always had a sports background, but his primary sport was swimming in which he competed at a National level. Dan is passionate about the industry because he loves helping people achieve results that they never thought would be possible. He also strongly believes that health and fitness is important and should play an important role in every single persons life. One of Dans greatest achievements is completing the Amazing 12 Transformation Programme at Equilibrium Studios in 2019 where he managed to reach 10% body fat through an intense training and nutrition programme.
One of Dan’s greatest client success stories is a client who lost 64 pounds in just 8 months. This made Dan over the moon as he helped a client not only reach their goal, but also change their life forever.

MOLLY HORNER - OFFICE MANAGER
Molly is the Office Manager at Equilibrium Studios and handles everything from payroll and health & safety to social media management. Molly has traveled extensively, living abroad in both Australia and New Zealand and has a passion for living a healthy lifestyle and looking after the planet.
Molly is currently undertaking her level 2 and 3 qualifications in both fitness instructing and personal training and will begin working with her own clients at Equilibrium Studios in 2020.

SOPHIE RAY - PERSONAL TRAINER
Whilst Sophie has always been active, regularly participating in team sports as a teenager, her real passion for exercise and nutrition came from working in care homes where she witnessed first hand what a life a of neglect does to a persons body when they get older. Sophie made the decision that she would not only never let herself be debilitated in this way but she would help others also by becoming a personal trainer. Since joining EquilibriumSophie's passion for strength training has gone from 'strength to strength' setting a personal best of 45 kilos on the bench press just weeks after joining the studio.
Sophie is dedicated to getting her clients to their individual goals but especially loves helping people get stronger. In recent months Sophie took a beginner client from a 20 kilo deadlift to 75 kilos in just 12 weeks! But more than just heavy deadlifts Sophie's client succesfully integrated fitness and healthy eating habits into her lifestyle for the first time in years.
